Our desire at Taylor Creek Church is for young people to become committed followers of Jesus Christ by leading them to a saving knowledge of Him, helping them grow in their relationship with Him, and finding the place He has for them to serve.
Romans 12:1-2 “Therefore I urge you, brethren, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies a living and holy sacrifice, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service of worship. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect.”

Winter Retreat!

In the heart of the school year, it’s refreshing to pause and step back to renew your spiritual strength. Our Winter Retreat is designed to spur you on, and fortify your faith in Christ through a weekend of being in the Scriptures together. By God’s grace, you’ll also have moments of fellowship with friends and other believers. Bring someone along with you!
What to expect: Bible lessons, small group discussions and prayer time, group competitions, free time, sports, time with friends and lifelong memories made. And, of course, we will have some tailor made activities (and surprises) just for our group that will make the trip unforgettable!

Sunday Series

Junior High and High School meet at 9am to study God’s word. Come join us as we learn the incredible depths of Scripture, and how we should respond in living out our faith. We are doing a verse by verse study of 1 Peter. What does it mean to be holy? How does God want us to live in the midst of an unholy culture, especially when trials and persecution come?
Thursday Nights

Our current series is a verse by verse study of the life of Christ in the book of Matthew. As we consider how His Kingship is declared in this Gospel account, we will spend time looking at specific application for the life and walk of a Junior High and/or High School student.
