Our desire at Taylor Creek Church is for young people to become committed followers of Jesus Christ by leading them to a saving knowledge of Him, helping them grow in their relationship with Him, and finding the place He has for them to serve.
Romans 12:1-2 “Therefore I urge you, brethren, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies a living and holy sacrifice, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service of worship. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect.”
Junior High and High School meet at 9am to study God’s word. Come join us as we learn the incredible depths of Scripture, and how we should respond in living out our faith. We are doing a survey of the Old Testament. Each Sunday we will explore one book, with a particular emphasis on how the text prepares for, and points to, the coming of Christ. Our study will be designed to prompt the heart to worship the Father, Son and Spirit as they deserve.
We meet from 6pm to 8pm for a time of fellowship, games/activities and the study of God’s Word. Our current series is a verse by verse study of the life of Christ in the book of Matthew. As we consider how His Kingship is declared in this Gospel account, we will spend time looking at specific application for the life and walk of a Junior High and/or High School student.
